Easter started early at our house - Brady woke up before 5 am to see if the Bunny stopped by. Luckily we checked out the stash, played a little and went back to bed. We woke up at 8 and I had to peel potatoes for dinner, shower, get ready, get Brady ready and leave by 9. We made it to church on time!
Mrs. Willie and I combined classes again this week since we did not have a lot for Sunday School. That was really surprising since she had 8 and I had 6 two weeks ago. I guess everyone was having a chocolate bunny hangover.
The kids looked so good this morning:
During preaching the kids sang two songs. Brady held a microphone because he knew the songs and other kids did not. He sang out and sounded really good! You could hear him over most of the other kids. Mom cried. He was looking at me because I was helping with the words by pointing to my knees (Every knee shall bow) and my mouth (every tongue confess). It was so wonderful!
Mrs. Jamie, Mr. Daniel and I took the kids for a walk during the cantata and I snapped a few shots:

After church my side of the family came over for lunch. It was a great meal!
On Saturday we went to Nana's for a cookout. I missed most of the festivities because I was blocked in the driveway! A few pics:

Hope everyone has as nice an Easter as I did and that you remembered the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
